Sun Doth Shine

Sun doth shine upon the earth
Where I lay my sleeping head
Close my eyes as whispers stir
Memories of you and I

Surrounded by friends who cannot see
The misery which consumes me
As they gaze on my still form
Shadows begin to form

Dreams of silence beckon me
As you enter the darkened room
Everyone fades to a soiled mist
As I give you a blackened kiss

Tears of pleasure at what you can provide
But always am I denied
Laughter echoes through the sky
As a fool who doth cry
